As the Lead Nurse at the NIHR King’s Clinical Research Facility (CRF), Dani is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both research participants and staff.
He leads and supports the delivery of clinical research studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory frameworks. He ensures the unit runs smoothly and that every participant receives compassionate, high-quality care.
Acting as deputy to the CRF Manager, Dani leads the nursing team and clinical research practitioners with a focus on teamwork, wellbeing, and professional growth—while upholding the highest standards of clinical safety and research excellence.
A strong advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), he co-leads the NIHR King’s CRF EDI working group alongside the PPI Lead and works closely with other teams and partner organisations to champion a culture of respect, belonging, and inclusivity across the facility.
