As Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Lead, Flora leads the development and delivery of the NIHR King’s CRF’s PPI strategy. Her role ensures that patients and public members are meaningfully involved in research through partnership working, helping to strengthen the relevance, quality, and impact of research activity.
She manages the NIHR King’s CRF PPI group, including recruitment and coordination, maintaining regular communication with public contributors through newsletters, events, and direct contact.
Flora provides PPI training and advice to researchers and staff throughout the research cycle, evaluates and reports on PPI impact, contributes to the EDI strategy, and supports community engagement.
